We look after YOU

A judicial separation is almost identical to a divorce except that it does not terminate the marriage bond. In all other respects it is more or less identical. A judicial separation is usually used by people who have a religious or philosophical objection to divorce.

People who have been judicially separated have a slightly easier path to a divorce subsequently if they should then choose to get divorced after all.
