We look after YOU

You normally do not need a lawyer to get married. However, it might not be a bad idea to consult one.

Maybe, for example, you might like to consider making a pre-nuptial agreement, as they are called, or sometimes called a getting together agreement, to set out what will happen to your property and so on whilst you are together and in the unfortunate event that you split up.

You also need to be aware that by law marriage automatically cancels your will, so you need to think about whether or not you should make a new will.
