We look after YOU

Grandparents are also entitled to apply for access to their grandchildren in much the same way as parents can. So can other relatives. In fact, in theory, absolutely anybody can apply for any order they like against absolutely any child, whether or not they are related to them. Obviously, the less related you are to them, the less likely you are to get an order, but in theory, the right to apply is there and we can advise on this and assist you with the processes involved.
